Your role will be to unite robust software development with cutting-edge artificial intelligence to create data products that solve complex business problems. You will work to ensure our language models and agents operate with high accuracy and efficiency, directly adding value to our marketing measurement and optimization tools. **Responsibilities** ===================== * Develop, architect, and maintain scalable software solutions focused on Artificial Intelligence, integrating them into our data products. * Design and implement pipelines and workflows using AI Agents, LLMs (Large Language Models), and SLMs (Small Language Models). * Apply advanced Prompt Engineering techniques to ensure models generate accurate, efficient, and contextually aligned responses. * Build and maintain evaluation routines (evals), implement safety mechanisms (guardrails), and ensure continuous monitoring and improvement of models in production. * Serve on the front line of troubleshooting complex systems, bridging business needs with feasible technical solutions. * Actively collaborate with data, engineering, and product teams to build innovative applications based on Natural Language Processing (NLP). * Ensure efficient deployment and operation of these applications in cloud environments, maintaining high standards of quality and performance. **Requirements** ============== * Strong experience in software development and building/maintaining production data products. * Proficiency in Python and experience developing APIs (e.g., FastAPI) to integrate AI models with web applications. * Practical, proven experience working with language models (LLMs and SLMs). * Expertise in Prompt Engineering, with the ability to optimize and refine interactions with foundation models. * Direct experience developing and implementing AI Agents. * Hands-on experience with LLM evaluation methodologies (evals), guardrail implementation, and continuous improvement cycles for AI systems. * Practical knowledge of Natural Language Processing (NLP) techniques. * Experience developing and deploying applications in cloud environments. * Strong analytical mindset and problem-solving orientation. * Excellent communication skills and ability to work autonomously. DIFERENCIAIS * Prior experience with AI-based automation architectures or orchestration of multiple agents. * Familiarity with GenAI development frameworks (e.g., LangChain, LlamaIndex, LangGraph) and LLMOps / AI observability tools. * Practical experience with managed AI services in the cloud (e.g., Google Cloud Vertex AI, AWS Bedrock). * Prior knowledge or strong interest in marketing, adtech, or experience with products focused on media optimization. **What We Offer** ==================== * Health Insurance * Wellhub * Hybrid or remote work \- Office in São Paulo \- SP.
