For more information, visit www.griffithfoods.com . **Responsibilities:** * Lead the HR team with a focus on high performance, promoting an environment of trust, autonomy, and continuous development. * Act as a strategic partner to leadership in administrative and manufacturing areas. * Develop and implement HR policies and strategies aligned with company culture and objectives. * Execute HR activities at local, regional, and global levels, ensuring compliance with local culture and legislation. * Coordinate Diversity, Inclusion, Equity, and Belonging (DIB\&E) initiatives. * Provide guidance and developmental coaching to leaders, proposing solutions for gaps and opportunities. * Promote engagement actions, organizational climate, and high-performance culture. * Serve as a consultant on routine labor and disciplinary issues, collaborating with the legal department. * Facilitate and guide HR programmatic activities such as goal setting, performance evaluations, talent planning, engagement, and compensation. * Represent the company in organizational climate audits and certifications (e.g., GPTW). * Ensure maintenance of HR systems, keeping data updated and providing relevant analysis for decision-making. * Utilize HR metrics and systems for data analysis and support of strategic management. **Requirements:** * Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, Psychology, or related fields. * Postgraduate degree or specialization in People Management, Organizational Psychology, or related areas will be an advantage. * Minimum of 5 years of experience in HR leadership roles, preferably in the food industry. * Experience working with operational and administrative teams. * Knowledge of labor legislation and union relations. * Proficiency in performance, climate, and development management tools. * Strong leadership, influence, conflict management, and communication skills. * Experience with GPTW or similar certifications. * Proven track record in environments with strong organizational culture. * Willingness to travel (up to 15%). **Languages:** * Fluency in English; Spanish will be considered an advantage. **Working Hours:** 8:00 AM to 5:48 PM, with 1 hour lunch break – Monday to Friday **Benefits:** Meal allowance, on-site cafeteria, medical, dental and pharmacy plan, life insurance, bonus, Total Pass, birthday day off, transportation allowance.
