With our expertise, we help optimize processes and promote sustainable team growth, driving success and efficiency in your people management. **About the opportunity:** **What is essential to apply?** Completed or ongoing bachelor's degree in Psychology. **Working hours:** 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM (1-hour lunch break) **What will be the challenges?** Actively perform all HR routines, such as: * Support recruitment and selection processes for operational, technical, and strategic positions; * Contact candidates and clients to align and provide feedback on job openings; * Support onboarding processes and employee follow-up; * Organize and manage administrative people management processes; * Prepare and keep internal reports, spreadsheets, and documents up to date; * Assist in training, development, and organizational climate initiatives; * Support evaluation and offboarding processes; * Internal marketing and employee engagement activities, strengthening and motivating the team. **What do we expect from this professional?** Organization, attention to detail, empathy, good communication skills, and commitment.
