**Description**:
This opportunity is for an **HR Assistant** at our office in **São Paulo**.
What we seek in you:
- Handle employee onboarding and offboarding processes;
- Manage and calculate payroll;
- Administer vacations and terminations;
- Fulfill accessory obligations and statutory contributions/eSocial;
- Maintain up-to-date employee records and documentation.
Additional Requirements:
- Proven experience in Human Resources;
- Knowledge of labor legislation;
- Proficiency in labor calculations;
- Familiarity with payroll systems (Protheus – Payroll Module and TAF);
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
