Organization and updating of departmental files and documents **Position: Human Resources (HR) Assistant** We are looking for an organized, proactive professional with experience in Human Resources Department routines to join our team! **Salary:** R$ 2\.800,00 **Benefits:** ✔️ Meal Allowance: R$ 36,59 per working day ✔️ Transportation Allowance ✔️ Life Insurance * **Working Hours:** Monday to Thursday: 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM Friday: 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM ### **Responsibilities and Duties:** * Employee onboarding and offboarding (documentation and verification); * Electronic timekeeping control and data entry; * Support in payroll closing; * Temporary contract and deadline tracking; * Employee support to clarify inquiries; * Submission of information to accounting and assistance with labor obligations; * Organization and updating of departmental files and documents; * General support for Human Resources Department routines. ### **✅ Requirements:** * Currently pursuing or completed undergraduate degree in Business Administration, Human Resource Management, or related fields; * Experience with HR routines, especially temporary contracts; * Knowledge of timekeeping control procedures; * Familiarity with Nexti and Sênior systems. Minimum Education Level: High School (Secondary Education)
