We are seeking a chef for a rare hosted-dining format: — One evening service only, by reservation exclusively — Between 4 and 20 guests Here, the grill’s fire converses with the kitchen. The chef will be responsible for all related elements: — Appetizers — Side dishes — Desserts And a few off-grill creations An unrestricted creative terrain where every detail matters, using high-quality local products. We seek a candidate who is: — Autonomous — Precise — Sensitive to ingredients and balanced cuisine — Capable of delivering elegant, sincere, and familial cuisine A chef who enjoys both creation and hospitality equally.
