




Job Summary: We are seeking a Product Leader to drive the evolution of InHire, establishing it as Brazil's leading Recruitment and Selection tool. Key Highlights: 1. We are looking for a Product Leader to guide our next phase of evolution — consolidating InHire as Brazil's **leading Recruitment and Selection tool**, combining deep product expertise with business vision. ### **Responsibilities** * **Define and lead the product strategy**, aligned with the company’s 3x growth plan, connecting business impact, adoption, and market differentiation. * **Manage product squads**, ensuring balance between evolving the core platform and accelerating new automation and artificial intelligence initiatives. * **Evolve the discovery and prioritization framework**, ensuring data-driven and impact-based decisions (e.g., recruiter productivity, time-to-hire, NPS of adoption). * **Develop and mentor the PM and Product Designer teams**, fostering a metrics- and results-oriented product culture. * **Drive the product’s long-term vision**, articulating the quarterly roadmap and balancing innovation, performance, and COGS. * **Serve as the bridge between tech, growth, and enterprise customers**, ensuring rapid learning, short feedback loops, and high-value deliveries. ### **Profile and Experience** * 6+ years of product experience, including at least 3 years leading PM teams. * Proven track record in **B2B SaaS**, with strong emphasis on automation, data, or AI. * High fluency in **product and business metrics** (retention, adoption, NRR, CAC payback, operational efficiency). * Experience scaling products from mid-market to enterprise. * Mastery of modern frameworks (OKRs, North Star, continuous discovery, product ops). * Strategic communication skills and ability to influence C-level executives and investors. * **Hands-on** profile, capable of diving into technical and usability challenges. ### **Differentiators** * Experience in HR Techs, ATS, or recruitment tools. * Technical background (engineering, data, or AI product management). * Experience in contexts of **rapid scale-up** and building product culture.
