




Job Summary: We are seeking a professional to manage documentary quality and supervise our Quality Management System (QMS), playing a key role in customer communication and continuous improvement. Key Responsibilities: 1. Ensure high-quality internal processes 2. Analyze KPIs to identify areas for improvement 3. Conduct internal audits and propose improvements The candidate will be responsible for documentary quality and supervision of our Quality Management System (QMS). Your primary responsibility will be to ensure that all our internal processes comply with the highest standards and that we achieve our quality objectives. You will play a key role in communicating the needs and expectations of our customers—both internal and external. You will also analyze Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to identify areas for improvement. Additionally, you will conduct internal audits and propose improvements in production areas. You will support projects aimed at reducing risks and optimizing costs, track corrective and preventive actions, and keep technical documentation up to date. This is a temporary, part-time position. A university degree in Engineering, Business Administration and Management (ADE), or a related field is required. Solid knowledge of ISO and VDA standards is essential, as is a minimum of 1 year’s experience in documentary quality project management or related fields. The ability to work independently and collaboratively, demonstrate analytical thinking, and possess excellent communication skills will be highly valued. Proficiency in Microsoft Office—especially Excel—is required, along with a B2 level of English.
