**GENERAL MANAGER – PREMIUM DERMATOLOGY CLINIC** **On-site: Sorocaba, SP | Schedule: Monday to Friday – 9 AM to 7 PM | Employment Model: PJ (Individual Entrepreneur)** We are seeking a strong leader to join an expanding premium clinic. Here, you will not merely serve as an operational manager—you will be the key driver of the company’s growth and consolidation. ### **Key Responsibilities** **Clinical Operational Management:** * Organizing daily clinic routines * Structuring internal processes * Managing scheduling, patient care, finance, and post-consultation follow-up * Rapid resolution of operational issues * Ensuring excellence in daily operations **People Management:** ---------------------- * Leading and developing the team * Conducting alignment and performance review meetings * Setting and monitoring goals * Cultivating a strong culture of accountability and results * Supporting hiring, training, and team development **Commercial Management:** --------------------- * Building and structuring the commercial department * Monitoring sales KPIs * Converting leads and closing quotations * Proactive patient follow-up * Creating and refining commercial scripts **KPI Management – You will monitor strategic KPIs such as:** ---------------------------------------------------------------------------- * Revenue * Average transaction value * Conversion rate * Patient return rate * Team performance All with a data-driven decision-making focus. **Marketing Integration:** ----------------------------- * Aligning marketing and commercial efforts * Maximizing utilization of generated leads * Participating in campaigns and strategic initiatives * Strategic vision for clinic growth and positioning **Patient Experience:** ---------------------------- * Ensuring a premium standard of service * Continuously improving the patient journey * Resolving conflicts with maturity and emotional intelligence * Creating a memorable end-to-end experience ### **Technical Requirements** * Experience in medical, dermatological, or aesthetic clinics * Commercial experience and team management background * Experience with campaigns, events, or sales initiatives * Knowledge of premium customer/patient experience **Tools and Routines:** * Spreadsheets and KPIs * Medical and clinical management systems * Commercial tools and CRM * AI and internal automation ### **Behavioral Profile** * Execution-oriented (“makes things happen”) * Firm yet respectful leadership * Strategic and operational vision * Above-average organizational skills * Strong communication and influence * Emotional intelligence * Results- and growth-oriented Minimum Education: Bachelor’s Degree
