And this is only the beginning. ### **Your day-to-day responsibilities:** At Skopia Digital, you’ll act as the conductor of our delivery operations, ensuring our clients’ digital transformations become measurable, high-impact realities. As a Senior Project Manager, you’ll maintain a 360-degree view across your entire project portfolio, primarily handling fixed-scope engagements while retaining the versatility required to lead open-scope initiatives when strategy demands. Your core role will involve creating and rigorously managing financial control mechanisms, ensuring project profitability and efficient resource allocation. You’ll be primarily responsible for strict adherence to agreed deadlines, orchestrating technology teams (often structured across multiple squads) to sustain a consistent, high-quality delivery rhythm. Team performance management will be one of your top priorities, using our proprietary methodology — the Delivery Office — to precisely measure execution, identify bottlenecks, and continuously optimize productivity. Beyond internal management, you’ll serve as the primary leadership interface with our clients — major market players. This will require a consultative and strategic posture, capable of rapidly adapting to diverse business contexts. However, it will be essential that you exercise firm, pragmatic leadership — with the autonomy and confidence needed to negotiate, redirect, or even block requests that fall outside the agreed scope — always aiming to protect the project’s financial health and alignment with both client and Skopia’s business objectives. ### **Requirements and qualifications:** * Proven, solid experience managing technology and digital transformation projects, preferably within IT consulting firms or highly complex environments. * Mastery of fixed-scope project management, with a consistent track record of on-time, on-budget, and quality-compliant deliveries. * Strong analytical capability and hands-on experience creating and monitoring financial KPIs (margin, costs, profitability) and development team performance metrics. * Excellent negotiation and stakeholder management skills, with demonstrated ability to manage expectations of large enterprise clients (C-level executives and directors), and confidently defend scope and timelines. * Proficiency in managing multidisciplinary teams and multiple simultaneous squads, ensuring team engagement and high performance. * Deep knowledge of agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban) and traditional project management frameworks, with the ability to adapt the approach to each project’s needs (hybrid). * Resilience and strong adaptability to navigate dynamic scenarios while maintaining focus on tangible, scalable outcomes. ### **Not mandatory but valued:** * Prior experience or knowledge in cloud modernization (especially AWS), Generative Artificial Intelligence, and data-related projects. * Recognized certifications in project management or agility (e.g., PMP, PMI-ACP, CSM, PSM, SAFe). * Experience with operational efficiency measurement methodologies similar to our Delivery Office. * Advanced English or Spanish, given our global presence and international projects. * Experience managing open-scope projects, bringing flexibility to handle such initiatives when exceptionally required. ### **What’s it like to work at Skopia?** Here, you’ll find an environment where Results, Creativity, Pragmatism, Commitment, Authority, and Performance guide everyday actions.
