If you have experience in Java development, are passionate about challenges, and eager to contribute to projects that truly benefit society, then AZ is the perfect place for you. **Work Mode: 100% Remote** **Responsibilities:** * Develop and lead the implementation of complex features; * Ensure application security by applying data governance practices and LGPD compliance; * Participate in architectural decisions and continuous system improvements, designing scalable and resilient architectures, implementing multicloud strategies and design patterns; * Mentor junior developers and interns by providing technical guidance, reviewing code, and sharing best practices; * Manage the implementation and monitoring of non-functional requirements; * Participate in Scrum meetings and ceremonies; * Contribute to technical documentation of systems and processes, recording information clearly and structurally; * **Desirable: 2 years of experience in this role**
