The FullStack Developer III is responsible for leading the technical team, defining standards and system architectures that support the company’s long-term strategy. This professional plays a critical role in strategic technology decisions, ensuring solutions are robust, scalable, and secure, leveraging industry best practices. The Dev III leads modernization initiatives, guides the team in adopting new technologies, and drives digital transformation through innovative DevOps and DevSecOps practices. This individual must be capable of making critical decisions in high-pressure environments and inspiring their team to achieve technical excellence and innovation. **Responsibilities:** * Provide technical guidance to the entire team, establishing standards for quality, security, and efficiency, while leading complex development initiatives. * Design and lead the implementation of robust and scalable architectures aligned with business objectives, and define system architectures based on microservices and cloud computing. * Evaluate, propose, and implement cutting-edge technologies—such as AI, infrastructure automation, RPA, and others—to improve operational efficiency and the development lifecycle. * Lead legacy system modernization projects, applying technologies such as containers (Docker, Kubernetes) and microservice architectures, and coordinate migrations to cloud environments. * Ensure software is optimized for high performance and scalability, promoting periodic reviews and continuous architectural optimizations. * Conduct code reviews and define continuous improvement processes, establishing coding standards and promoting excellence in code quality. * Implement security practices throughout the development lifecycle, introducing DevSecOps concepts and ensuring solutions are protected against threats. * Act as a mentor for junior and mid-level developers, promoting both technical and behavioral growth of the team. * Collaborate with product managers and stakeholders to define priorities and align the technical roadmap with the organization’s long-term strategic goals. * Coordinate the implementation of CI/CD pipelines and infrastructure automation using tools such as Terraform, Ansible, and Jenkins. * Implement and configure monitoring and logging tools (Prometheus, Grafana, ELK Stack), ensuring observability across all services and systems. * Work with cross-functional teams (data, product, infrastructure, engineering, etc.) to ensure solutions are integrated and optimized across all business dimensions. **Requirements:** * Proven experience in software development and solid expertise in system design and microservice architecture. * Proficiency in programming languages such as JavaScript, TypeScript, Node.js, Java, .NET, and front-end frameworks such as React or Angular, or others. * Experience with AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud, Oracle OCI, and DevOps practices—including CI/CD pipelines and container orchestration. * Experience with DevSecOps and software security practices, integrating security across all phases of development. * Experience with automation tools such as Terraform and/or Ansible (desirable). * Knowledge of monitoring and logging tools such as Prometheus, Grafana, DataDog, and ELK Stack, to ensure real-time system observability and monitoring. * Familiarity with project management tools such as Jira or Azure DevOps, and agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban). * Knowledge of programming languages such as JavaScript, TypeScript, Node.js, .NET Framework/Core, ASP Core / Classic, and frameworks such as NextJS, NestJS, and front-end frameworks like React, Angular, and others. **Benefits:** Meal allowance (CAJU Card) Health insurance with co-payment Gympass SESC membership Day Off \+ company gift OnHappy
