Continuous technical growth and learning of new technologies We are seeking a **Fullstack Engineer** to join our team and actively contribute to the development of internal tools and Backoffice systems. This person will play a key role in building features that drive our operations across dozens of cities, collaborating with multidisciplinary teams and participating in technical decisions. Our platform has evolved to handle complex logistics workflows, and the engineering team faces exciting challenges. We seek someone with **solid development skills**, who wants to grow technically and is ready to **take ownership**, **propose improvements**, and **collaborate in evolving our systems**. **Responsibilities:** Contribute to implementing robust frontend modules and micro-frontends for our internal platform. Develop and maintain backend architecture and logic using Node.js, Express, and MySQL. Participate in system design discussions and collaborate on technical decisions. Suggest and implement stack improvements focused on performance and scalability. Ensure code quality through best practices, peer reviews, and automated testing. Partner with Product, Design, and Operations teams to understand and solve real user problems. Pursue continuous technical growth by learning new tools, patterns, and engineering practices. **Requirements:** Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent practical experience. **2+ years of professional experience** as a full-stack developer. Solid hands-on experience with **React** (Context API, hooks, components, and state management). Practical experience with **Node.js** and **Express**, including REST API development. Familiarity with **MySQL**. Knowledge of **Elasticsearch** is a plus. Comfortable using **Firebase** for data storage. Interest and willingness to learn about scalable and secure system architecture. Basic knowledge of **AWS** (S3, Lambda) or eagerness to learn. **Desirable:** Knowledge and use of TypeScript.
