Ensure predictability and quality of information Join a company that loves transforming the world through technology and embraces diversity in all its forms! **Responsibilities and Duties** Responsible for coordinating financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and performance analysis processes, supporting Executive Management in decision-making and ensuring predictability, information quality, and monitoring of corporate results. **Requirements and Qualifications** **Mandatory:** Bachelor's degree Solid experience in financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting. Proficiency in income statements (DRE), cash flow statements, EBITDA, contribution margin, and profitability analysis. Knowledge of financial modeling and scenario analysis. Experience in monitoring contracts, projects, or business units. Advanced Excel skills, including formulas, pivot tables, Power Query, and financial model construction. Familiarity with Power BI or similar data visualization tools. Experience with ERP systems and financial planning tools. Ability to work with large volumes of data and diverse information sources. Knowledge of managerial and financial accounting. Understanding of business KPIs and performance metrics. **Desirable:** Experience in process automation and application of artificial intelligence in FP\&A. Knowledge of SQL or Python for data processing and analysis. Experience building dashboards and presentations for executive committees.
