We are seeking a Mobile Developer (Flutter) to join the engineering team of one of our Health clients — one of the largest health benefits platforms in Brazil and Mexico, providing access to over 29,000 gyms and present in more than 2,500 cities across both countries. The company boasts a strong technical culture, extremely low turnover, and deep appreciation for internal teams. We seek curious, proactive professionals with a business-impact mindset who master Flutter but are genuinely willing to explore other technologies in the ecosystem (TypeScript and Ruby), understanding the product end-to-end. You will work with significant autonomy, developing and growing in an environment where quality is the developer’s direct responsibility — without separate QA teams: developers build, test, guarantee, and maintain. **Responsibilities and Duties** **What You’ll Do** * Develop and enhance the mobile application in Flutter (Dart), used daily by thousands of users. * Actively contribute to the app’s architecture, ensuring scalability, modularity, and performance. * Implement and evolve critical features such as: * Geolocation and maps. * User check-in. * Integration with payment methods. * Integrate the application with REST APIs, while also understanding backend workflows. * Ensure high delivery quality by being responsible for behavioral (black-box) testing. * Participate in code reviews, technical decisions, and product discussions. * Monitor app health in production (crashes, performance, stability). * Handle deployment and app store publishing (Android and iOS) via CI/CD. * Collaborate closely with Product and Design teams, consistently aligning technical decisions with business impact. **Requirements and Qualifications** **What We’re Looking For (Technical Requirements)** * Solid experience as a Mid-Level Flutter Developer. * Proficiency in Dart and best practices for mobile development. * Consistent experience with state management (e.g., BLoC or similar). * Strong hands-on experience integrating with REST APIs. * Experience with automated testing in the mobile context. * Knowledge of source control (Git). * Experience publishing apps to app stores (Google Play and App Store). * Experience working in Agile environments (Scrum / Kanban). **Expected Behavioral Profile** * Strong sense of ownership over code, quality, and delivery. * Product-engineering mindset — not just task execution. * Curiosity to understand other tech stacks and how the entire system works. * Proactivity in identifying problems, proposing solutions, and driving impact. * Clear communication, collaboration, and technical maturity. **Nice-to-Haves** * Experience with Flutter Channels (Kotlin or Swift). * Hands-on experience with mapping and geolocation services. * Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines. * Prior experience navigating between mobile, backend, and integrations. * Genuine interest in architecture and evolution of complex systems. **Additional Information** **Work Model** * Remote work. * CLT employment model. * International interactions only via written communication. * Fluency in other languages is not required, but is considered a plus. **Here, we are \#SangueLaranja!** We’ve been in the market for 17 years, side-by-side with our clients, delivering transformative experiences.
