We are looking for a **Financial Planning Analyst** who wants to support our budget preparation and data analysis efforts. If you possess a sharp analytical mindset and wish to build your career in financial planning, we’d love to meet you. **Responsibilities and Duties** * **Budget Monitoring:** Analyze monthly variances between Actual vs. Budgeted (OPEX and Revenue), gathering justifications from area managers; * **Participation in Budgeting and Forecasting:** Actively contribute to the development and consolidation of the annual budget and periodic revisions, ensuring adherence to underlying assumptions; * **Commission and Compensation Management:** Execute and validate commission calculations for the sales team, ensuring accuracy and generating analyses on commercial performance and efficiency; * **Reports and Dashboards:** Build, update, and improve dashboards (Power BI) and management reports, ensuring executives have the correct KPIs for decision-making; * **Management Closing:** Support preparation of the Management Income Statement (DRE) and cash flow analysis, ensuring proper allocation of costs and expenses; * **Process Improvement:** Identify opportunities to automate spreadsheets and reduce time spent on operational routines related to financial closing; * **Business Support:** Serve as the finance contact point for other company departments, helping them understand their cost centers. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Bachelor’s degree completed in Business Administration, Economics, Accounting, Engineering, or related fields; * Proven prior experience in Financial Planning (FP&A), Controllership, or financial data analysis roles; * Solid knowledge of managerial accounting (clear understanding of Income Statement, Cash Flow Statement, and cost centers); * Advanced Excel skills (formulas, pivot tables, manipulation of large datasets); * Practical experience creating and updating reports using BI tools (Power BI); * Investigative mindset: not only report numbers, but actively seek root causes of variances. **Preferred Qualifications**: * Basic knowledge of SQL or Python for data extraction; * Experience with budgeting methodologies (e.g., Zero-Based Budgeting - ZBB); * Prior experience with integrated management systems (ERPs) **Additional Information** This is a **full-time, on-site CLT position** Location: Asa Norte, **Brasília-DF**. **Working Hours**: 40 hours/week, Monday to Friday, 9 AM to 6 PM. **Benefits Offered:** Health insurance with co-payment and full dental coverage; Meal allowance or food voucher via Caju card (your choice); Transportation allowance; Birthday day off; Childcare allowance for children up to 6 years old; Annual training allowance; SESC membership; Access to an affordable psychotherapy platform; IGDcard for snacks from our snack machine; Hours, team integrations, and a highly enjoyable work environment.
