In total, there are now 6 Aviva units awakening the adventure of learning: located in Chácara Klabin, Vila Mariana, Brooklin, Moema, Vila Leopoldina, and São Bernardo do Campo. ### **Website** https://www.avivaescolainfantil.com.br/ **Responsibilities and Duties** Main Responsibilities Support accounts payable control and posting in the system Verify invoices, bank slips, and financial documents Assist in payment scheduling Assist in basic bank reconciliation Organize and maintain updated financial files and receipts Support the finance team in administrative routines Communicate with suppliers for sending and validating information Issue invoices and bank slips. **Requirements and Qualifications** Requirements Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s degree program in Administration, Accounting Sciences, Economics, or related fields Basic Excel knowledge Organizational skills and attention to detail Strong communication skills and proactivity Interest in learning about financial routines Preferred Qualifications Prior experience (even academic) in the finance area Familiarity with financial systems/ERP Basic understanding of bank reconciliation Behavioral Competencies Organization Responsibility Discretion (handling financial information) Proactivity Teamwork **Additional Information** On-site Meal Transportation Allowance Life Insurance Stipend: R$1\.700,00/MONTH **AVIVA** is a group specialized in child development, focused on Early Childhood, dedicated to **welcoming** and **holistic development** of children aged 0 to 6 years.
