For more information, visit: www.saopietro.com.br **Position:** ---------- We are seeking a Financial Assistant to manage and organize financial routines, with a focus on accounts receivable and cash flow monitoring. **Main Responsibilities** * Perform accounts receivable control and monitoring. * Record receipts in the financial system. * Conduct bank reconciliations and statement verifications. * Monitor financial transactions and cash flow. * Support treasury routines, including tracking incoming funds and recording financial entries. * Monitor financial pending items and assist in resolving discrepancies. * Update spreadsheets and financial controls for the department. * Generate financial monitoring reports. * Provide administrative support to the finance department as needed. **Requirements:** --------------- * Completed high school education (technical or undergraduate studies in Administration, Accounting, Financial Management, or related fields preferred) * Experience in financial routines, especially accounts receivable * Proficiency in Excel * Organizational skills, attention to detail, and accountability **Preferred Qualifications:** * Familiarity with the MV system * Experience in healthcare or hospital environments **Additional Information:** ----------------------- **Compensation:** R$ 2\.828,46\. **Benefits:** Transportation Allowance. ️ Meal/food allowance of R$ 25.50/day ️ Breakfast and afternoon coffee available in our cafeteria; Unimed Health Plan and Porto Seguro Dental Plan (effective after probationary period) Discounts at partner universities (undergraduate, postgraduate, technical, and short-term courses) Wellhub: Well-being and quality of life with access to gyms and physical activities Educa São Pietro Platform: Over 100 courses for your professional development Day Off: One additional day off to recharge your energy Collaborative work environment and growth opportunities within the institution **Working Hours:** Monday to Thursday, 08:00–18:00; Friday, 08:00–17:00\. **Work Location:** Hospital Banco de Olhos (Rua Engenheiro Walter Boehl, 285 \- Vila Ipiranga, Porto Alegre \- RS).
