AI-First culture for task optimization and productivity **What’s it like to be part of the Seazone team?** Being part of this team means helping build the largest national Airbnb partner company and one of LinkedIn’s Top 20 Startups — advancing our mission to bring innovation and technology to the short-term rental market, maximizing profitability for owner-clients and investors while ensuring an outstanding experience for guests choosing Seazone properties as their home-away-from-home. **What does this team do?** This team manages the financial and administrative operations related to properties under Seazone’s responsibility, ensuring that information remains consistently organized, reconciled, and accessible to departments relying on these data for operational workflows and decision-making. **Your responsibilities will include:** * Collecting utility invoices from property owners enrolled in the Account Management service; * Categorizing expenses and revenues according to pre-established cost centers; * Reconciling sales transactions against bank account deposits; * Auditing, reviewing, and evaluating financial documents to ensure compliance with executed payments; * Monitoring all banking transactions and balances, ensuring accurate recording and proper reconciliation; * Managing and organizing bank statements and invoices; * Preparing budgets and purchasing materials requested by the local operations team; * Maintaining clear and consistent communication with Accounting, Finance, and Customer Support departments, providing all requested data and documents. **What we expect from you:** * Bachelor’s degree completed in Business Administration, Accounting, Economics, Engineering, or related fields; * Minimum proven experience in accounts payable or similar roles, preferably in payment management; * Analytical mindset for data analysis, with ability to interpret complex financial information from diverse sources (ERP systems, spreadsheets, bank reports); * **Advanced** proficiency in Google Sheets; * Skill in organizing and executing tasks, simplifying and prioritizing demands; * Discipline in following established processes; * **AI-First mindset:** using artificial intelligence as the first resource to solve problems, optimize tasks, and increase productivity — before resorting to manual processes.
