Performing bank reconciliations and monitoring bank statements. Identifying and correcting discrepancies in bank balances to ensure accuracy of financial information. Scheduling payments and overseeing due dates. Issuing and controlling incoming invoices. Monthly submission of financial transactions to the Accounting Department. Preparing financial reports for management. Monthly organization and archiving of documents relevant to the department. Supporting various requests related to the Finance Department.
