Main Responsibilities * Supervise and coordinate electrician teams in installation, maintenance, and execution of electrical services. * Supervise and coordinate loading and unloading assistants, organizing the movement and transportation of materials, equipment, and tools in the field. * Plan, assign, and monitor daily tasks according to project schedules. * Ensure compliance with technical, quality, health, safety, and environmental standards (QSMS). * Conduct technical site visits for monitoring and performance evaluation. * Support team training and technical development. * Monitor performance indicators (productivity, quality, costs, deadlines). Requirements: * Technical degree in Electrical Engineering, Building Construction, or related fields; * Experience managing construction teams; * Courses in electricity and photovoltaic systems will be an advantage; * Knowledge of photovoltaic power generation system installation is a plus; * Driver's license category B and driving experience; * Availability for travel.
