Job Summary: This professional will support the preparation of managerial reports, process standardization, lead prospecting, and franchisee network assistance, contributing to continuous improvements. Key Highlights: 1. Support in managerial reporting and continuous improvement 2. Assisting franchisees and process standardization 3. Lead prospecting and initial contact with entrepreneurs Responsibilities: * Support in preparing managerial reports * Contribution of ideas for continuous improvement * Extraction and analysis of financial data for DRE\nsupporting expansion department activities * Addressing requests from the franchisee network * Process standardization (development of Standard Operating Procedures - SOPs) * Active lead prospecting * Initial contact with entrepreneurs Requirements: * Currently enrolled in Systems Analysis and Development (SAD), Computer Science, Software Engineering, or Information Systems * Strong verbal and written communication skills * Analytical and organized profile * Proactivity and willingness to learn * Intermediate Excel proficiency Benefits: * Transportation allowance Work location: On-site Benefits: * Transportation allowance Work location: On-site
