Job Summary: Product Development professional for women's fashion, responsible for trend research, raw material selection, and collection development oversight. Key Highlights: 1. Collaboration with pattern makers and management of collection timelines. **Description and Responsibilities:** **Schedule:** Monday to Friday. **Level:** Professional **Employment Type:** Full-time – CLT Avanzzo has been operating in the women's fashion market for over 35 years, with physical stores in Brasília and e\-commerce operations—all driven by a single purpose: promoting the well\-being of customers and employees! **Your responsibilities will include:** * Conducting trend, consumer behavior, market, and consumption research aligned with the brand’s positioning. * Researching and selecting raw materials, fabrics, trims, and inputs to ensure product quality, drape, and competitive differentiation. * Developing comprehensive technical specifications detailing patterns, fabrics, finishes, trims, measurements, and required specifications. * Monitoring pilot garment development with suppliers to ensure adherence to the original design. * Collaborating with pattern makers, participating in garment fittings, adjustments, and validation of patterns and finishes. * Organizing and managing the receipt of pilot garments and samples, tracking timelines and deadlines. * Researching and selecting optimal trims and technical solutions for garment construction. * Organizing and maintaining accurate product information in the system (dimensions, composition, care instructions, usage, and technical specifications). * Monitoring collection development timelines to ensure deadlines and deliverables are met. * Contributing creative and strategic insights to strengthen the brand’s market positioning. **To support your success, in addition to a market\-competitive salary, we offer:** * CLT or PJ employment, negotiable; * Transportation allowance (VT) and meal allowance (VA); * Collaboration with multidisciplinary teams; * A continuous learning environment and interaction with exceptional professionals; * Dental care plan; * Health insurance; * Discounts on Avanzzo clothing and accessories; * Birthday Day Off; * SESC membership. **Requirements:** * Bachelor’s degree in Fashion, Fashion Design, or related fields; * Minimum 6 months’ prior experience in collection development, preferably within women’s fashion; * Knowledge of technical specification development and production process monitoring; * Proficiency in editing and drawing software such as Corel Draw, Illustrator, or similar; * Familiarity with management systems such as Millenium or Linx (preferred); * Strategic vision of fashion, trends, and brand positioning; * Residence in the Federal District (DF) or surrounding areas; * Organizational skills, attention to detail, refined aesthetic sense, and creative profile. **Benefits:** Allowance, Health insurance, Dental care plan, Internal benefits, Meal allowance, Transportation allowance
