




Job Summary: Process and Data Analyst to support the optimization of operations, automations, and communication among Sales, Marketing, and Tech teams. Key Highlights: 1. Analysis and continuous improvement of internal processes and business rules. 2. Data management and hygiene to ensure reliable information. 3. Support for low-code automations and system integrations. **Main Responsibilities:** **Process Analysis and Continuous Improvement:** Map and document internal processes and business rules to identify opportunities for action. **Report Preparation:** Assist in compiling performance indicators (KPIs) and monthly closing routines (commissioning and targets). **Data Management and Hygiene:** Monitor and audit CRM and control spreadsheet entries to ensure data reliability for decision-making. **Automation and Technology Support:** Assist in monitoring and performing basic maintenance of automations (low\-code) and system integrations. **Cross-Functional Interface:** Support communication and information flow among Sales, Marketing, and Tech teams, identifying operational bottlenecks. **Sales Operations Support:** Serve as the focal point to understand commercial team challenges related to systems (CRM), processes, and daily tools. ; **Desirable Qualifications:** Familiarity with or curiosity about low\-code automation tools (e.g., n8n, Zapier, Make, or similar). Basic understanding of programming logic or SQL. Prior experience with data visualization tools (Power BI or similar). **CRM tool knowledge (e.g.:** Bitrix24, Salesforce, Pipedrive, or similar).
