If you aspire to achieve your true potential, forge new paths, develop new skills, collaborate with brilliant minds, and make a meaningful impact, we want to hear from you. **Key Responsibilities:** * Consultative and Multidisciplinary Engagement: Navigate across various company functions, rapidly understanding new business contexts to propose high-impact digital improvements. * Process and Solution Architecture: Lead the redesign of critical workflows, ensuring proposed solutions are efficient, lean, and scalable prior to any technical implementation. * Active Collaboration (Business and IT): Serve as the central liaison to jointly design and build automation solutions, ensuring business expectations are met by IT’s technical execution. * Digital Judgment: Assess the technical feasibility of different approaches (AI, Low\-code, Analytics, Integrations) to resolve operational challenges, balancing cost, timeline, and value generated. * Business Case and Value Capture: Quantify return on investment (ROI) and efficiency gains for each initiative, ensuring not only planning but also actual realization of projected value (whether through cost reduction, risk mitigation, or revenue growth). * Performance Analysis: Monitor KPIs and leverage data to measure the impact of changes, ensuring delivered solutions achieve intended outcomes. **Requirements and Qualifications:** * Completed undergraduate degree; * Experience in consulting, process improvement, or project management; * Ability to navigate across diverse topics and business areas; * Advanced or fluent English (for project meetings with global teams and stakeholders); * Advanced proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets and ability to work with diverse databases for business analysis, financial forecasting, and results validation; * Ability to discuss system architecture, automation logic, and integrations (APIs) with developers without needing to code; * Familiarity with the automation ecosystem, CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce), and data technologies (SQL, generative AI, or Python) to support technical decision-making. * Strong negotiation and influence capabilities to bridge business units and technical teams in a dynamic environment. **Preferred Qualifications:** * Generative AI Fluency: Advanced Prompt Engineering skills to leverage tools such as Gemini, ChatGPT, and Grok as productivity and problem-solving accelerators. * Experience with LLM Platforms: Familiarity with AI experimentation environments such as Google AI Studio, Anthropic Console, or OpenAI Playground. * Experience with process mining tools (e.g., Celonis, Upflux). * Experience with Agile methodologies or Fusion Teams. * Knowledge of cloud environments (GCP / Google BigQuery). **Hybrid work model:** 3 days onsite in Alphaville (Barueri) \+ 2 days remote.
