Design and develop simple, efficient, and easily maintainable services, contributing to clean and sustainable long-term code. Actively participate in developing and implementing solutions and libraries that accelerate the creation of new features. Requirements and Technical Qualifications: Back-end and architecture: Experience developing microservices using object-oriented programming. Kotlin development experience is a plus, especially with coroutines. Distributed programming: Experience with asynchronous inter-service communication and concurrency challenges in distributed systems, where HTTP and messaging coexist. Non-blocking programming: Familiarity with best practices for non-blocking programming, particularly for event-loop-based services. Cloud: Cloud programming knowledge, preferably with AWS. Best practices: Proficiency in automated testing, observability, and DevSecOps practices. **Soft Skills:** Ownership Mindset: A strong sense of ownership and responsibility for projects from inception to completion.
