**About the Opportunity**

As an Equity Research Analyst in Treasury, you will be responsible for conducting both macro top-down analyses of indices and sectors, as well as in-depth bottom-up analyses of individual companies, with a focus on generating equity investment ideas that support trading desk decision-making.
**What We’re Looking For**
--------------------
**Essential Requirements:**
* Minimum of 5 years of experience in company valuation and financial modeling;
* Mandatory experience in equity research (preferably buy-side);
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills;
* Ability to build and defend investment theses;
* Advanced English proficiency.
**Preferred Qualifications:**
* Experience with both top-down and bottom-up approaches;
* Programming knowledge (Python, VBA, etc.);
* CFA certification (or currently pursuing).
**Challenges and Impact**

* Develop investment theses and equity recommendations;
* Build and update financial models (valuation);
* Produce analytical reports and materials to support decision-making;
* Interact with companies (Investor Relations and management);
* Monitor performance of covered companies and track positions;
* Create and maintain sectoral databases and analyses;
* Collaborate closely with traders and other internal teams.

* **Leadership interview**: A conversation to explore your perspective and how you can contribute to the team and company.
* **Peer interview**: Interaction with future colleagues to evaluate synergy and teamwork.
