Your mission is to support the Marketing & Sales team in building high-value solutions by connecting technology, technical feasibility, and commercial strategy—directly contributing to advancing opportunities throughout the entire sales funnel. Responsibilities * Serve as the technical reference in the commercial process, supporting both expansion and retention of the customer base. * Lead in-depth technical discovery processes to identify customer pain points, operational challenges, and specific needs. * Translate business requirements into feasible solution architectures using standard and/or customized offerings from the ALTAVE portfolio. * Design technical solutions considering hardware, software, integrations, and services. * Develop comprehensive technical proposals ensuring clarity, alignment with customer needs, and technical feasibility. * Structure and validate solution pricing—including cost estimates, effort assessments, and risk analysis. * Participate in and lead technical meetings with customers, ensuring expectation alignment. * Collaborate continuously with internal teams including Software Engineering, Hardware Engineering, Product, and Operations. * Conduct on-site technical visits to assess customer assets and facilities, producing detailed technical reports. * Analyze and consolidate technical requirements from RFIs and RFPs. * Provide technical support across all stages of the sales funnel—from qualification through contract formalization. * Contribute to standardizing proposals, architectures, and technical best practices within the team. * Generate technical and market insights to drive evolution of ALTAVE’s solution portfolio. Requirements * Bachelor’s degree in **Engineering**. * Prior experience as a **Pre-Sales Engineer** or equivalent technical role within commercial functions. * Proven end-to-end pre-sales experience—from discovery through contract formalization. * Experience designing complex architectures involving multiple systems, integrations, and stakeholders. * Track record operating in **complex B2B environments**, conducting technical negotiations with strategic customers. * Strong ability to lead technical discovery, develop proposals, and architect high-value solutions. * Experience in solution pricing, including understanding of costs, margins, and technical risks. * Willingness and availability to conduct on-site technical visits. * **Advanced English proficiency**, fluent enough for technical meetings and documentation. Preferred Qualifications * Postgraduate degree or specialization in technical fields, IoT, Smart Cities, Distributed Systems, or related areas. * Experience in industries such as Oil & Gas, Mining, Energy, or Regulated Industries. * Experience handling complex RFPs and large-scale projects. * Experience working in international environments.
