Job Summary: Experienced professional in data security and privacy, focused on enterprise environments and protection of sensitive information, including work involving AI and cloud environments. Description: * Solid experience in data security, privacy, and protection of sensitive information in enterprise environments. * Knowledge of data governance, data classification, DLP, encryption, tokenization, and data masking. * Familiarity with machine learning pipelines and risks associated with AI usage. * Experience in cloud data environments (GCP, AWS, Azure). * Proficiency in regulations such as LGPD, GDPR, HIPAA, or ISO 27701\. * Knowledge of data security posture management (DSPM) tools or privacy-enhancing technologies (PETs) is a plus. * Certifications such as CDPSE, CIPT, CIPP, CCSK, or equivalents are valued. * Excellent communication and collaborative skills when working with technical and business teams. Desired: * Experience with LLM Security, AI Red Teaming, or risk assessment for generative AI. * Practical understanding of AI governance frameworks (e.g., NIST AI RMF, EU AI Act). * Develop and maintain data security and privacy policies and controls aligned with LGPD, GDPR, and other applicable regulations. * Implement security measures in data pipelines, data lakes, databases, and analytics/ML environments. * Support the secure development and use of machine learning and generative AI models, ensuring protection of sensitive data and intellectual property. * Collaborate with engineering and data teams on data classification, encryption, masking, and access monitoring. * Assess and mitigate risks associated with third-party AI models (e.g., external APIs, LLMs, open-source models). * Conduct risk and impact analyses for data and AI projects. * Participate in implementing data governance and responsible AI frameworks. * Contribute to internal and external audits, meeting legal and regulatory requirements. 2511080202181679907
