In this **Lead AI Engineer** role, you will design agentic workflows, integrate Python\-based solutions on Azure, and guide responsible AI practices—apply now. **Responsibilities** * Build and refine AI agents using LLMs such as OpenAI APIs on Azure * Architect and deliver function calling approaches to expand AI agent capabilities * Improve chatbot accuracy and dependability using hallucination prevention techniques * Integrate and streamline AI workflows with Python\-based implementations * Coordinate responsible AI and compliance work to align with ethical AI guidelines * Lead NLP and Conversational AI efforts across design and delivery * Collaborate with teams to enable agent\-based training and AI\-driven shopping solutions **Requirements** * Proven experience with LLMs, Claude Code, or similar technologies with 5\+ years of hands\-on delivery * Strong coding proficiency in Python for AI development, integration, and workflow automation * Deep understanding of hallucination prevention techniques and MCP for reliable agent behavior * Solid background in Responsible AI, compliance best practices, and ethical AI standards * Expertise in Natural Language Processing (NLP) and Conversational AI use cases * English proficiency at B2 (Upper\-Intermediate) level or higher **Nice to have** * Ability to define and implement testing strategies using chatbot performance metrics * Proficiency in exploratory data analysis (EDA) and A/B testing methodologies * Understanding of cloud services or ability to define cloud engineering requirements * Experience creating data requirements for data engineering teams
