Focus on Safety, Quality, Productivity, Cost, and Schedule **What You Would Do:** Work as a Manufacturing Engineer responsible for the plant's machining processes, leading the development of new projects and optimization of existing production processes. Manage the implementation of new equipment and machinery—from requirement definition and concept development through final validation, process approval, and start of series production (SOP)—ensuring compliance with Safety, Quality, Productivity, Cost, and Schedule requirements. **What We Are Looking For:** * Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics, or related fields; * Proactive, results-oriented professional with strong analytical capability; * Experience in Manufacturing Engineering and Continuous Improvement within machining processes; * Ability to collaborate effectively in a dynamic, cross-functional environment; * Capability to lead projects and improvement initiatives with significant impact on production; * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; * Intermediate or advanced English proficiency. **Preferred Knowledge:** * Knowledge of machining processes such as lathes, vertical machining centers, and grinders; * CNC machine programming experience; * Technical drawing, AutoCAD, or SolidWorks knowledge; * Lean Manufacturing, FMEA, SMED, cell balancing, and continuous improvement; * Data analysis and statistical tools; * Advanced manufacturing processes and industrial automation; * Project management and problem-solving techniques; * Safety and Quality standards. * Internal Use Only: Salary**Global Terms of Use and Privacy Statement** Carefully read the BorgWarner Privacy Policy before using this website.
