If you seek leadership in evolving a modern technology stack and want to directly impact the strategy of a financial-sector company, this is your place. ### **What we’re looking for?** * **Education:** Completed undergraduate degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Systems, Data Science, or related fields (Exact Sciences/Technology). * **Cloud:** Proven experience with AWS, GCP, or Azure environments. * **Languages and SQL:** Proficiency in Python for data engineering and advanced SQL for query optimization. * **Modern Tools:** Experience with orchestrators (Airflow, Dagster, or Prefect), dbt, and platforms such as Snowflake or Databricks. * **Engineering and Streaming:** Knowledge of CI/CD, DataOps, and streaming technologies (Kafka, Kinesis, or Spark Streaming). * **Experience:** Senior profile with maturity in making technical decisions. ### **Key Responsibilities:** * Develop and evolve data pipelines in cloud\-native environments. * Model analytical and transactional data, focusing on scalability, governance, and performance. * Design solutions for data ingestion, processing, transformation, and delivery. * Participate in decisions regarding data architecture and evolution of the technology stack. * Build pipelines emphasizing quality, observability, and sound engineering practices. * Support initiatives related to Open Finance/Open Banking, analytics, and AI-powered applications. * Translate business requirements into robust data solutions. * Mentor team members and contribute to the team’s technical growth. ### **Nice-to-haves:** * Knowledge of data governance, data catalog, and lineage. * Experience with feature stores and ML pipelines. * Experience with architectures for Generative AI (RAG, embeddings, and vector databases). * Background in regulated environments and handling sensitive data. §
