Opportunity to contribute to the development of impactful technology solutions We are seeking a Senior Engineering Analyst to join a team responsible for systems serving various bank areas (Vehicles, Consortium, and Operations), which process large volumes of data and transactions, directly impacting customer experience and the bank's contact centers. The candidate will work in a collaborative, technical, and delivery-oriented environment, participating from problem understanding through solution development. Daily activities involve real-world challenges related to scale, reliability, system integrations, and business rules, requiring analytical thinking and the ability to translate abstract needs into efficient solutions. This position is ideal for individuals who enjoy building, debating, and participating in technical decisions within their team—and who wish to see the tangible results of their work rapidly deployed into production. Technical maturity, autonomy, and a sense of responsibility commensurate with senior-level expectations are required.
