And you can be part of this journey! **Responsibilities and Duties** **How will you contribute?** **** Our RD Construction and Maintenance Management aims to ensure the efficient, safe, and continuous operation of the electrical grid—meeting both current demands and future expansion needs—as well as predictive, preventive, and corrective maintenance on medium-voltage distribution lines. To achieve this, we rely on well-defined processes and guiding targets. You may join us as a Distribution Network (RD) Maintenance Executive. In this role, you will work at the Equatorial Energia Goiás unit in Uruaçu and will be responsible for: * Supervising and ensuring the execution of preventive and corrective maintenance plans for the regional distribution networks and lines—through guidance to internal and contracted teams and monitoring of activity scheduling—to guarantee system availability, reliability, and operational safety; * Managing cost centers under your responsibility—through critical analysis of actual versus planned budgets and control of expenses associated with regional RD maintenance activities—to ensure achievement of established budgetary targets; * Participating in and leading technical and operational meetings with internal teams and partner companies—using IC tables and other operational indicators as references—to monitor progress of maintenance plans and execution of electrical system operational routines; * Seeking and promoting synergy between regional RD maintenance processes and other executive areas of the company—through information integration and harmonization of practices—to strengthen joint efforts and maximize operational results; * Understanding, monitoring, and ensuring compliance with contracts signed with third-party companies for RD maintenance services—by verifying scopes, deadlines, costs, and contractual indicators—to guarantee quality and conformity of agreed deliverables; * Analyzing operational results and technical indicators of RD maintenance activities—through consolidation of reports and performance dashboards—to identify opportunities for continuous improvement and correction of deviations in executed processes; * Defining priorities and strategies for preventive and corrective maintenance actions for the regional distribution networks—considering failure history, asset criticality, and resource availability—to increase operational efficiency and reduce unplanned maintenance costs; * Ensuring compliance with technical, regulatory, environmental, and safety standards in regional RD maintenance activities—guiding teams on applicable procedures—to guarantee legal compliance and safeguard people, assets, and the environment; * Promoting innovation and digital transformation in regional RD maintenance processes—through adoption of intelligent technologies, remote monitoring systems, data analytics, and predictive maintenance tools—to enhance electrical system reliability, reduce operational costs, and elevate levels of efficiency and sustainability. **Requirements and Qualifications** **What we expect from you:** * Degree in Exact Sciences; preferably in Electrical Engineering, Energy Engineering, Civil Engineering, Information Technology, or related fields; * Postgraduate specialization in Project Management is desirable; * Experience in RD Maintenance Management; * Experience in data management and analysis; * Proficiency in ERP systems, especially SAP or similar; * Advanced Excel skills for data analysis and report generation are desirable; * Strong communication and organizational skills, with an analytical and proactive profile; * Microsoft Office suite; * Driver’s license, Category B; **Additional Information** **Why apply:** Joining Grupo Equatorial means becoming part of an expanding company whose culture values continuous development, talent diversity, and commitment to the future.
