The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the full application lifecycle—from development through to production deployment—ensuring efficiency and agility through automation and agile methodologies. **Your Day-to-Day Responsibilities Will Include:** * Managing and maintaining cloud environments, with **focus on Oracle Cloud (OCI)** and **GCP as a plus**, ensuring scalability, security, and efficiency. * Implementing and managing **Infrastructure-as-Code (IaC)** solutions using **Terraform**. * Developing and optimizing **CI/CD pipelines in GitLab**, automating the entire delivery lifecycle. * Applying **GitOps practices with Argo CD**, ensuring automated and consistent deployments. * Administering and evolving **Kubernetes environments**, monitoring cluster performance, resource consumption, and security. * Creating and maintaining **automation scripts** for routine tasks, integrations, and process improvements. * Configuring and monitoring **observability tools** such as **Datadog, New Relic, or Dynatrace**, ensuring visibility and rapid incident response. * Collaborating with development and product teams to ensure fast, secure, and high-quality deliveries. * Contributing to continuous improvement of processes and infrastructure architecture. **Required Qualifications:** * Proficiency in **Kubernetes**, including hands-on experience administering clusters, Helm/Manifest deployments, RBAC configuration, network policies, and production troubleshooting. * Experience with **GitOps using Argo CD**, including implementation and maintenance of pipelines, application synchronization management, and automated rollback. * Experience with **GitLab**, applying CI/CD for complex pipelines, runners, templates, and cloud environment integration. * In-depth knowledge of **OCI (Oracle Cloud)** and **GCP (preferred)**, including architecture, IAM, networking, automation, and cloud security best practices. * Proficiency in **Terraform**, including developing and maintaining reusable modules, remote state management, and infrastructure versioning. * Experience with **observability tools**, such as Datadog (preferred), New Relic, or Dynatrace—configuring metrics, alerts, dashboards, and tracing. * Experience with **scripting and automation**, using Python, Bash, or Go for operational automation, pipeline creation, and integrations. * Hands-on experience with **CI/CD**, designing, implementing, and optimizing continuous integration and delivery pipelines—including automated testing and rollout strategies (canary, blue/green). * Knowledge of **cloud and container security practices**, including cluster hardening, secret management, access policies, and vulnerability scanning. **What We Offer Our Builders:** * Meal Allowance (VA/VR) via Caju card; * Remote Work Allowance via Caju card; * Flexible Points Program on your Caju card — *a flexible amount for you to use as you wish;* * Nationwide Health Plan by Porto Seguro (Silver Plan with private room and no co-payment), with 50% of the monthly premium covered by Builders; * Dental Plan by Porto Seguro (Bronze Plan), with 100% of the monthly premium covered by Builders; * Childcare Assistance for children up to 72 months old; * Mental Health Support — *access to the Vida+ app;* * Physical Health Support — *access to the Gympass app;* * Life Insurance. *All our job openings are inclusive and open to individuals of all gender identities, sexual orientations, ages, ethnicities, cultures, backgrounds, beliefs, disabilities, and other forms of diversity.
