Contribute to DevOps culture and automation Mid-Level DevOps Engineer (PRO II) (Cloud Native \| AWS \| IaC) We are looking for a Mid-Level DevOps Engineer passionate about automation, Infrastructure as Code (IaC), and cloud-native environments, to work on challenging projects involving AWS, containers, Kubernetes, and CI/CD pipelines. You will join a collaborative, multidisciplinary team, with the purpose of scaling solutions securely, resiliently, and in an automated manner—supporting development and operations squads in delivering continuous value. Employment Type Responsibilities Plan and develop automation and infrastructure governance projects using Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools such as Terraform and OpenTofu; Implement and enhance CI/CD pipelines for Node.js, Python, and .NET applications, ensuring efficiency and standardization across build, test, and deployment processes; Manage containerized environments (Docker) and orchestrate them with Kubernetes (EKS or similar); Support development teams in application observability and resilience; Participate in cloud-native architecture discussions, promoting best practices in security and performance; Create and maintain infrastructure on AWS, optimizing cost and availability; Perform migrations, troubleshooting, and continuous improvements of environments; Document processes, standards, and architectures, ensuring traceability and knowledge sharing; Actively contribute to DevOps culture by promoting automation, collaboration, and shared responsibility across teams. **Requirements:** Requirements and Competencies Experience with Infrastructure as Code (Terraform and OpenTofu); Hands-on experience with containers (Docker) and Kubernetes; Experience with CI/CD (GitHub Actions, Jenkins, GitLab CI, AWS CodePipeline, or similar); Knowledge of application lifecycle and Version Control Systems (Git/GitHub/GitLab); Experience with AWS and its core services (ECS, EKS, Lambda, ALB, EC2, RDS, S3, CloudWatch, Secrets Manager, SSM, SNS, SQS, ElastiCache); Experience with scripting/automation (Python, Node.js, PowerShell, or Bash); Basic knowledge of relational and non-relational databases (PostgreSQL, MySQL, DynamoDB, Redis); Knowledge of monitoring and observability (Prometheus, Grafana, Datadog, CloudWatch); Familiarity with Linux and Windows Server; Desirable: foundational understanding of cloud security (DevSecOps) and compliance best practices. Technical English for reading and writing documentation — conversational English is considered a plus.
