Job Summary: Responsible for analysis and operational support monitoring services, using DevOps tools for environment management, automation, and security. Key Highlights: 1. Diagnosis and resolution of issues in production environments Responsible for analysis and operational support monitoring services, following the Client's standards and processes. **Responsibilities and Duties** * Use configuration management tools to maintain environment consistency; * Use tools such as Docker, Kubernetes, and others to manage configurations, containers, and environment orchestration; * Automate server, cluster, and cloud or on\-premises resource provisioning, configuration, and scalability, ensuring flexibility and efficiency; * Diagnose issues in production environments, performing rapid fixes and preventing future occurrences; * Ensure environments are secure, with access control, encryption, and compliance with information security standards; * Conduct tests to validate improvements, identify bottlenecks, and ensure stability under various usage conditions; * Maintain up\-to\-date records of pipelines, configurations, procedures, and implemented improvements; * Collaborate with technical teams to align automation, integration, and continuous delivery strategies, promoting a DevOps culture within the IT infrastructure environment. **Requirements and Qualifications*** EDUCATION * Completed or ongoing undergraduate degree in Information Technology (IT). * PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE * Proof of experience via employment record book (Carteira de Trabalho e Previdência Social) or official declaration from public or private institutions where previously employed; * Collaboration with development teams to integrate DevOps practices, demonstrating teamwork ability and effective communication; * Proven history of infrastructure automation using Ansible and/or Terraform; * Deployment of scalable and resilient systems using Docker and Kubernetes; * Development and execution of application migration plans to Kubernetes; * Resolution of infrastructure\-related technical issues in Kubernetes environments. * CERTIFICATIONS/COURSES/TRAININGS * ITIL 4 training with a minimum duration of 12 (twelve) hours. * Official ITIL 4 Foundation certification or higher. * Certified Kubernetes Application Developer (CKAD) certification. * DevOps and Site Reliability Engineering (LFS162\) course or equivalent. **Additional Information** **Our Benefits:** Hapvida, Bradesco, or Unimed health insurance (per regional Collective Bargaining Agreement values); Hapvida Odonto or Bradesco Dental dental insurance; Meal or food allowance; Life insurance fully covered by Lanlink; Totalpass; Pharmacy discount program; University tuition assistance; Corporate Education Platform; Welcome Kit for newborns; Moodar platform.
