We are looking for an **Infrastructure Analyst II** to join our **Infrastructure team.** We are seeking individuals to work as SREs at Dafiti, helping build, evolve, and operate critical platforms and environments with a focus on availability, scalability, automation, and the developer teams’ experience. You will collaborate closely with Platform Engineering, contributing to the evolution of modern delivery practices, infrastructure-as-code, and operational automation. Responsibilities **Responsibilities and duties** **The Infrastructure Analyst II will perform the following activities:** * Design, evolve, and operate scalable and resilient cloud environments; * Advance SRE practices, observability, reliability, and automation; * Work with infrastructure-as-code and GitOps-based pipelines; * Support engineering teams in adopting best practices for delivery and operations; * Build automations to reduce manual effort and increase operational efficiency; * Conduct incident analysis, troubleshooting, and continuous improvement; * Contribute to platform standards, tools, and capabilities. **Requirements and qualifications** * Experience working as an SRE, DevOps Engineer, or Platform Engineer; * Solid experience with AWS environments; * Hands-on experience with Terraform and infrastructure-as-code; * Experience with GitOps practices and tools; * Knowledge of containers and Kubernetes environments; * Strong experience with automation and DevOps culture. **Nice to have:** * Experience with ArgoCD; * Experience with Argo Workflows; * Experience with Crossplane; * Knowledge of observability and monitoring tools; * Experience in high-scale environments; * Experience in digital companies, e-commerce, or platforms such as VTEX, Shopify, Salesforce Commerce, or similar. **Additional information** At Dafiti, beyond technical expertise, we value teamwork, openness to learning, and adaptability to the company’s evolving needs — always remembering that here at Dafiti, this problem is also mine.
