This person will support feature implementation, process configuration, and continuous solution evolution, contributing to business value delivery. We understand that for this evolution, the following is required: Experience with Salesforce; Salesforce Field Service Cloud; Experience with configurations such as Work Orders, Work Types, Service Appointments, Dispatcher Console, and Service Resources; Participation in integrations using REST API, SOAP, or event-driven architectures (Platform Events or CDC); Understanding of software design and good development practices; Knowledge of the software development lifecycle (SDLC); Familiarity with agile methodologies (Scrum/Kanban); Intermediate English for technical reading; Remote work
