Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to make operations efficient. **Job Description** We are seeking a Fullstack Developer (with experience in NodeJS and ReactJS) to work on an enterprise process automation project. In this role, you will be responsible for working with and presenting data collected from automation routines, developing with NodeJS and ReactJS, and consuming/providing REST APIs. Work with us remotely (100% remote), collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to transform manual operations into automated, efficient workflows. **Responsibilities and Duties** **Responsibilities and Duties** * Develop and maintain NodeJS, SQL, and ReactJS applications focused on data visualization and automation of various company processes, ensuring efficiency and reliability. * Design and consume REST APIs to integrate systems and data flows, enabling transparent communication between different services and platforms. * Use and manage Git repositories for version control, maintaining an organized workflow (pull requests, code reviews) and ensuring effective team collaboration. * Implement observability solutions, including structured logging, metrics monitoring, and alert creation, to track the health and performance of automations in production. * Ensure adherence to software architecture standards and development best practices (e.g., SOLID, Clean Architecture), producing scalable, maintainable, and well-documented code. * Collaborate with other teams (e.g., data or product teams) to align integrations and ensure automation solutions meet business needs. * Diagnose issues, debug errors, and optimize the performance of automated processes, ensuring high availability and reliability of deployed solutions. **Requirements and Qualifications** **Mandatory Requirements** * Solid experience in NodeJS, SQL, and ReactJS development, with a history of participation in complex projects. * Proficiency in building and consuming REST APIs and handling data formats such as JSON/XML/SOAP. * Strong command of version control with Git (branching, pull requests, conflict resolution). * Practical knowledge of software architecture patterns and design patterns, applying sound software engineering principles to build well-structured solutions. * Experience with application logging and monitoring, ability to instrument code to generate useful logs, and create dashboards/alerts to monitor production systems. * Familiarity with observability and debugging practices—including metrics and tracing (transaction tracking)—to diagnose and anticipate issues. * Autonomy and an investigative mindset to proactively propose and implement automation solutions, as well as resolve incidents swiftly. * Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively, sharing knowledge and documenting process improvements. **Nice-to-Have (Not Required)** * Knowledge of data integration tools or platforms such as Pentaho Data Integration; familiarity with these environments can aid interaction with the company’s existing data layer. * Basic understanding of DevOps/CI/CD to assist in automating deployments and configuring continuous integration pipelines. * Certifications or courses in software development, architecture, or cloud computing will be considered a plus. * Experience in projects related to corporate tax and finance functions will be considered a plus. **Additional Information** Additional Information * Level: Mid-Level * Work Location: 100% Remote * Employment Type: PJ (Individual Entrepreneur Contract) Do you identify with this opportunity and want to be part of a digital transformation project—automating processes and driving innovation?
