You will work on **digital solution development**, **system integrations** (CRM, Marketing Automation), and directly engage with projects involving **Artificial Intelligence applied to business**. This is the ideal opportunity for those who wish to launch or consolidate their technology career by participating in real-world projects within a dynamic and innovative environment. **Responsibilities:** * Develop and maintain web solutions and APIs * Build integrations between systems (CRM, Marketing, automation tools) * Support the development of Artificial Intelligence-based features * Contribute to internal process optimization through automation * Document implementations, integrations, and processes * Collaborate with the team by proposing technical improvements Requirements: * Proficiency in **JavaScript/TypeScript, Python, or Node.js** * Understanding of **REST APIs** and integration consumption * Familiarity with **relational or non-relational databases** * Prior project experience (academic, personal, or professional) * Strong desire to continuously learn and grow **Preferred Qualifications:** * Experience with CRMs (e.g., Bitrix) * Knowledge of **Digital Marketing** and process automation * Prior exposure to **AI libraries or frameworks** (e.g., OpenAI, LangChain, TensorFlow, etc.) * Experience with **Agile methodologies** (Scrum, Kanban) **Contract Terms:** * PJ (Legal Entity) * Full-time on-site work at our headquarters in Florianópolis * Salary range: **R$ 2\.500 to R$ 3\.000**, depending on experience level and technical proficiency If you enjoy solving problems with technology, love designing practical solutions, and want to be part of an innovative team, this role is for you!
