




We are seeking a professional with a degree in Architecture or Civil Engineering, possessing strong technical and analytical skills and attention to detail, to develop Shop Drawings (fabrication drawings) for the U.S. construction market. The primary focus of this position is to translate complex architectural designs into precise construction components, adhering to the modularity and standards of the Wood Framing system, ensuring clarity, coordination, and constructability. Key Responsibilities: Prepare detailed technical drawings (Shop Drawings) for walls, floors, roofs, connections, and structural interfaces in Wood Framing; Coordinate between architectural, structural, and MEP (mechanical, electrical, plumbing) drawings; Accurately prepare material take-offs for procurement; Support cost estimation and procurement activities by liaising with suppliers and subcontractors in the U.S. to gather material and service cost information; Communicate directly with field personnel and suppliers in English to resolve technical queries; Ensure technical accuracy to prevent manufacturing and assembly errors. Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Architecture or Civil Engineering; Full proficiency in AutoCAD (mandatory); Knowledge of SketchUp (preferred); Complete familiarity with the U.S. measurement system (feet and inches); Ability to read and interpret architectural, structural, and MEP drawings; Intermediate Excel proficiency; Fluent English (reading, writing, and technical communication). Preferred Qualifications: • Prior experience with U.S. building codes (IBC / IRC); • Critical eye and attention to detail to avoid rework; • Strong organizational and deadline management skills.
