Requirements: Work alongside the Design System team to contribute to the creation, evolution, and maintenance of components, patterns, and documentation, ensuring consistency, scalability, and efficiency in digital product experiences. **Technical and Behavioral Requirements:** Create, maintain, and evolve Design System components and patterns. Work within operational frameworks for receiving, analyzing, and prioritizing improvement requests from product teams. Ensure alignment among design, development, and best practices in usability and accessibility. Collaborate with designers, developers, and product teams. Use artificial intelligence to optimize processes, creation, documentation, and analysis. Uphold governance, consistency, and quality of the Design System. Technical Requirements Experience as a Senior professional working with Design Systems. Full proficiency in Figma (components, variants, auto layout, tokens, libraries, etc.). Solid knowledge of Design System creation and maintenance. Experience with governance frameworks and demand management processes. Knowledge of and experience using AI tools, including solutions beyond Figma’s native capabilities. Behavioral Competencies Organized, analytical, and detail-oriented profile.
