Focus on best practices, performance, security, and governance **What We Are Looking For:** =================== We are looking for a Salesforce Developer to work on developing, customizing, and integrating solutions on the Salesforce platform, with a focus on critical financial sector environments. The candidate will play an active role in evolving the platform, ensuring technical quality, governance, and alignment with business needs. **Requirements and Qualifications:** * Develop and customize Salesforce platform solutions using Apex, Triggers, SOQL, Lightning (Aura and LWC), and Visualforce * Perform integrations between Salesforce and external systems, with emphasis on Matera platforms * Actively participate in gathering and understanding technical and functional requirements * Design, maintain, and evolve REST and SOAP APIs * Ensure development best practices, performance, security, and platform governance * Handle incident resolution, bug fixes, and continuous improvements * Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams (Product, Architecture, QA, and Business) * **Mandatory Requirements** * Solid Salesforce experience: + Apex / Triggers + SOQL + Lightning Components (Aura) and Lightning Web Components (LWC) * Experience with API-based integrations (REST and SOAP) * Knowledge or experience with Matera solutions (e.g., banking core, payments, PIX, etc.) * Familiarity with source code versioning (Git) * Familiarity with agile methodologies (Scrum and/or Kanban) * **Nice-to-Have** * Salesforce certifications (Platform Developer I or II, App Builder, etc.) * Prior experience in the financial or banking sector * Knowledge of middleware and integrations, such as MuleSoft * Experience with CI/CD and DevOps practices * Knowledge of information security and LGPD in the Salesforce context **Behavioral Profile:** ============================= We are looking for someone who: * Enjoys working in a team and is **collaborative** in their responsibilities; * Has the **courage** to challenge themselves and go beyond, embracing new growth opportunities; * Transforms ideas into **creative solutions** and pursues excellence in all daily activities; * Possesses strong **problem-solving skills**; * Is capable and comfortable working independently and **managing their own time**; * Is interested in tackling challenging and **innovative** technological situations.
