Apply now and build the future of technology with us! **Responsibilities and duties** * Develop, customize, and maintain Salesforce solutions with focus on Apex, Lightning Web Components, Flows, Triggers, APIs, and integrations; * Implement AI-powered solutions within the Salesforce ecosystem, including Agentforce, Einstein AI, Data Cloud, and integrations with external AI models; * Build agents, actions, skills, prompts, intelligent workflows, and automations applicable to customers’ business processes; * Develop reusable components to accelerate Salesforce project deliveries, ensuring quality, scalability, and maintainability; * Develop integrations between Salesforce and external systems via REST/SOAP APIs, events, webhooks, and middleware platforms; * Participate in technical requirement analysis, identifying impacts, dependencies, risks, and optimal implementation alternatives; * Development using Agentive Frameworks and Generative AI; * Develop and adapt solutions using generative AI frameworks and tools — such as Agentforce, LangChain, Semantic Kernel, CrewAI, AutoGen, Claude Code, OpenAI, and Anthropic — where applicable; * Design agent-based workflows for automation of development, technical support, requirements analysis, code generation, code review, and documentation; * Implement integrations between AI agents and corporate systems, ensuring traceability, security, and control over executed actions; * Create and maintain reusable technical artifacts — such as agent templates, structured prompts, actions, MCPs, skills, and automation components; * Manage Salesforce versioning and deployment processes, applying CI/CD best practices, Git, pipelines, sandboxes, and release strategies; * Develop and maintain unit tests to ensure coverage, quality, and security in deliverables; * Ensure adherence to Salesforce development best practices, security, data governance, and architecture-defined standards; * Serve as a technical reference for junior and mid-level developers, supporting questions, reviews, and technical decisions; * Translate business needs into technically viable solutions within the Salesforce and AI ecosystems; * Stay updated on Salesforce releases, Agentforce, Einstein, Data Cloud, generative AI, automation, and AI development trends. **Requirements and qualifications** * Bachelor’s degree in IT or related fields; * Solid experience in Salesforce development (Apex, LWC, Flows, Triggers, and integrations); * Knowledge of Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Data Cloud, and Agentforce; * Experience with Generative AI and Agentive AI (Einstein AI, OpenAI, Anthropic, LangChain, CrewAI, or similar); * Familiarity with REST/SOAP APIs, events, webhooks, and enterprise integrations; * Hands-on experience with Git, CI/CD, Salesforce DX, and deployment processes; * Understanding of development best practices, testing, security, and solution architecture; * Ability to contribute to technical solution design and support developers; * Salesforce certifications (Administrator, Platform Developer, AI Associate, or AI Specialist); * Experience with MuleSoft or other integration platforms; * Postgraduate degree or certifications in Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, or related areas.
