Mapping and improving processes and systems **Position:** Senior Salesforce Developer **Employment Type:** CLT or PJ **Work Mode:** Remote **Work Location:** Remote **Education:** Completed Bachelor's degree in IT **Mandatory Requirements / Technologies / Required Knowledge** **Main Responsibilities** Define low- to medium-complexity technical solutions for new products; Map and define dependencies among technical teams for building your team’s solutions; Support the team with technical and business knowledge to execute their tasks; Propose and analyze implications of parameters and modules to be configured in company systems; Map the current state of processes and systems together with key stakeholders from business areas and seek improvements; Validate medium-complexity implemented requirements prior to delivery; Analyze requests and adjustments from external vendors and relay them to the development team; Support gathering business and software requirements from internal and external users and translate them into systemic solutions; Support drafting documentation for business requirements, functional requirements, and user stories. **Technical Requirements** Knowledge of the Salesforce ecosystem; Experience implementing Salesforce in Service and Sales clouds; Named credentials, external services; Lightning pages, record page layouts; Objects, fields, roles, profiles, sharing; Automations and processes (flows, approval processes); REST integrations (HTTP), RestResource; Asynchronous processing (future methods, queueables, batches, schedules); APEX; LWC, Aura Components, JavaScript; Scratch orgs; GIT, GitLab; Resolving merge conflicts; Knowledge and application of clean code, design patterns, and best practices.
