Job Summary: Fullstack Salesforce Developer responsible for programming, coding, testing, and maintaining systems, proposing technological improvements and supporting other developers. Growth in a welcoming environment with opportunities **What We Are Looking For?** **Main Responsibilities:** Define best development practices; Program, code, and test systems in the relevant language, transitioning between Front-End and Back-End development projects; Implement complex functionality; Propose technological improvements to systems; Monitor adherence to system development best practices; Validate the existing test coverage in projects; Validate new application features; Monitor application system performance; Propose technological improvements to systems; Anticipate opportunities and issues proactively, acting swiftly and effectively to develop preventive solutions; Support junior developers and contribute to project decision-making; Maintain systems by implementing necessary changes to meet user requirements; Perform assembly, debugging, and testing of programs, and carry out maintenance on already-developed programs. **Requirements:** Proven experience as a Salesforce Developer; Solid knowledge of Apex, SOQL/SOSL, and Lightning Web Components; Experience with Sales Cloud and/or Service Cloud; Experience with integrations and APIs; Knowledge of version control (Git); Familiarity with Agile methodologies (Scrum / Kanban). **Preferred Qualifications:** Salesforce certifications (Platform Developer I/II, App Builder, etc.); Experience with advanced Flows, OmniStudio, or Einstein; Experience in medium- to large-scale projects; Knowledge of Salesforce DevOps (CI/CD, Salesforce DX). **Work Location: Remote** **Why Build Your Career at Meta?** We offer autonomy, clear goals, and a dynamic, challenging environment where professionals have the opportunity to interact with diverse technologies, participate in all types of projects, bring forward new ideas, and work from anywhere in Brazil—and why not, the world.
