Generate strategic insights for operational efficiency and innovation **Job Objective:** City is looking for an RPA Developer responsible for developing, maintaining, and optimizing process automation workflows, promoting system integration, data governance, and generation of strategic insights. The role requires cross-functional collaboration, connecting business areas and technologies to ensure operational efficiency, data accuracy, and continuous innovation in corporate processes. **Key Responsibilities:** * Enable the creation of multi-step automated workflows with conditional rules and chained actions via an intuitive, visual interface; * Facilitate editing, duplication, activation, deactivation, and deletion of automations, ensuring agility in maintenance and adaptation of workflows according to business needs; * Display real-time automation status, with access to execution history, failure logs, alerts, and detailed logs for error diagnosis and operational control; * Connect securely and easily to internal and external platforms, APIs, legacy systems, and cloud services, enabling cross-system task automation; * Provide features for efficient and secure file upload, download, organization, versioning, and processing; * Offer tools for data organization, cleaning, enrichment, and transformation, promoting data consistency and standardization; * Extract structured and unstructured data from diverse sources — including internal systems, APIs, spreadsheets, databases, and other external integrations; * Build unified, secure repositories for storing all processed data, ensuring traceability, integrity, and compliance with information security standards; * Provide dynamic dashboards and interactive reports with strategic KPIs using Business Intelligence tools to support decision-making; * Deliver robust, well-documented programming interfaces (APIs), enabling other applications to access and use data in a controlled manner; * Support scheduled execution of automated tasks for continuous data insertion and updates in the database, keeping information always up-to-date. **Requirements:** * Bachelor’s degree completed in Information Systems, Computer Science, Software Analysis and Development, or related fields; * Proficiency in low-code tools such as n8n and Zapier, and Python—especially for API-based data extraction and process automation; * Familiarity with the data manipulation (Data Science) workflow and related tools; * Availability to work 100% on-site.
