Focus on application migration and technical documentation Description: Required Qualifications: * Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or a bachelor's degree in any field with a postgraduate degree in Information Technology. * Proven experience with NATURAL language; JCL; ADABAS; Structured programming techniques. * Proven experience in system analysis activities, requirements gathering and analysis, and reverse engineering of Natural application code; migration of Natural applications to another language; preparation of system migration documentation; description of business rules. * Experience using E-R modeling tools and software lifecycle tools. Main Responsibilities: * Capture business rules and system requirements. * Specify, code, and test systems using Natural, JCL, ADABAS, and structured programming techniques. * Plan and execute the transition of software systems from the Natural platform to another environment. This transition may involve changing programming languages, databases, or software versions. The primary objective is to ensure successful migration while minimizing risks, disruptions, and negative impacts on systems and operations. * Collaborate with the team to ensure software delivery according to scheduled milestones. * Maintain development/maintenance project documentation for future reference per established standards. 2512290202491888775
