Work in an innovative and collaborative environment **Mid-Level AI Developer** \- GCP **Overview:** Our client is seeking a Mid-Level AI Developer – GCP to work on strategic Artificial Intelligence projects! If you have hands-on experience with Google Cloud Platform (Vertex AI, Gemini, BigQuery), enjoy designing AI solutions applied to business processes, and want to work in an innovative and collaborative environment, this is your opportunity. **Our client is:** A technology innovation consultancy with a highly qualified team that helps companies accelerate their digital transformation. **Mission:** Design, develop, implement, and test innovative technological solutions that enhance the development of clients and society. **Culture:** They believe success stems from employee well-being; therefore, their philosophy is to build a trusting environment where employees feel fulfilled, integrated, and actively engaged in the company’s culture. **Work model:** Primarily remote work (occasional meetings at client sites or the office may be required). **Responsibilities:** * Map internal processes and identify opportunities for AI application (with focus on quick wins) * Collaborate with business areas (Operations, Finance, HR, etc.) to gather requirements * Design and implement AI solutions (LLMs, automation, NLP, predictive analytics, etc.) * Develop solutions using GCP (Vertex AI, Gemini, BigQuery, among others) * Build prototypes (POCs) and evolve them into scalable solutions * Define and monitor success metrics for implemented initiatives * Ensure best practices in governance, security, and responsible AI usage * Document solutions and support internal knowledge sharing Requirements **Mandatory Requirements:** * Completed Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Systems, Artificial Intelligence, or related fields * Practical experience with Google Cloud Platform (GCP) * Experience with Vertex AI (training, deployment, model usage, or pipelines) * Experience with large language models (LLMs), preferably Gemini * Hands-on experience identifying and implementing AI solutions applied to business processes * Proficiency in Python (or similar language) * Experience integrating via APIs and manipulating data * Prior experience in AI projects (beyond theoretical study) * Strong communication skills for interaction with non-technical stakeholders Compensation: R$20\.707,89 \- R$100\.000,00 per year Selection Question(s): * Do you have experience with VERTEX AI?
